VISUALIZE - Prepare the water for your tea or bath. Imagine, sense and feel your day unfolding beautifully.
ACTIVATE - Set your intention as you drink your tea or allowing these feelings to fill your entire body. Speak your affirmations into the water.

BREWING GUIDE
SINGLE SERVING HOT TEA
Heat 12 oz of water to 206 F
Place 2-3 Tbsp. Self Love Tea in a pot
Pour hot water over and steep for 5-10 minutes
Strain and enjoy hot or iced
SINGLE SERVING COLD TEA
Place 2-3 Tbsp. Self Love Tea in a pot or jar
Pour cold or room temperature water over the herbs and refrigerate overnight.
Strain and enjoy iced or room temp with fresh mint and edible flowers.
For an event serving, use the full bag with a Gallon of water and refrigerate overnight.
FOR AN EVENT SERVING
Heat 1 Gallon of water to 206 F
Place full size bag Self Love Tea in a pot
Stir and remove from heat, steep for 5-10 minutes
Strain and enjoy hot or iced
