SELF LOVE TEA RITUAL METHOD TRAINING
As a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified Herbalist, I’ll introduce you to the intelligence of plants and how herbs can support our physical, emotional and energetic well-being.
This immersive training begins with the complete Self Love Tea Ritual, allowing you to receive the method before learning how to guide it. Drawing from neuroscience and my work in hypnotherapy, we’ll explore the subconscious mind and how our words, attention and repetition shape our internal experience. We’ll also work with the principles of water, energy, frequency and personal vibration.
You’ll learn how to lead the three-part method:
SPEAK • SIP • SET
You’ll also learn how to prepare the space, brew and serve the tea and host your own Self Love Tea Ritual event from start to finish.
Upon completion, you’ll become a Self Love Tea Ritual Facilitator, with a complete method you can bring into your personal network, retreats, spas, wellness events and community gatherings.
